Rev. Lynne Sharp

Rev. Lynne Sharp is a Rochester native and retired to Rochester from the San Francisco Bay Area this year to be near her children and grandchildren. Lynne was Ordained in 2008 in the Diocese of California where she lived for twelve years as an Episcopal Franciscan Sister. Lynne was Rector at St James in Hammondsport for eight years before returning to the Bay Area for her final two years as an Associate Rector at St. Paul’s in Walnut Creek. Before her call to ordination, Lynne worked in the field of addiction in both outpatient and residential settings and was director for several years at the treatment program for women at the YMCA in Rochester. Lynne’s hobbies include hiking, gardening, ushering at RBTL, reading, and spending time with family. Lynne is at Church of the Incarnation as a half-time Interim Priest for a year.
